Mini-FAQ

Quick answers to the most common questions. See the full FAQ for more.

What should I bring?

Season-appropriate clothing, sturdy boots, headlamp, water bottle, and personal camping gear (shelter/sleep system if you’re staying on site). A recommended packing list will be emailed after registration.

Team vs. Solo — how does it work?

Compete solo or as a team of two. Teams collaborate on each challenge and are scored together. If your teammate buys separately, we’ll pair you via the post-purchase form.

What’s the refund/rollover policy?

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase (unless within 30 days of the event). After that window, you can roll your ticket once to a future date. See the full policy on our Refunds page.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes—competitors and volunteers must be 18+. Please bring a government-issued ID to check-in.

What about camping and parking?

Weekend Spectator Camping Pass includes on-site camping for Sat/Sun. Day parking is included for all registered competitors and spectators. Personal camping gear is not provided.

What if the weather is bad?

We run with heat/cold/lightning protocols—schedules may flex, and we add shade/water or warming setups as needed. Safety briefings cover all contingencies.
