Refund & Rollover Policy

Clear, fair terms for refunds, rollovers, and transfers for The Survival Games.

Overview

We want you to have a great experience. If your plans change, our policy below explains how refunds, rollovers (moving to a future date), and transfers work for competitor and spectator passes.

Eligibility & Time Window

  • Refunds within 14 days: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the request is not made within 30 days of the event.
  • Within 30 days of event: Refunds are not available within the final 30 days before the event start date.
  • Proof of purchase: We require your order number and the purchaser’s email to locate your pass.

One-Time Rollover

If you miss the 14-day refund window (and are still outside the 30-day pre-event period), you may roll your pass one time to a future The Survival Games date. Rollover requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by our team.

  • Rollover is tied to the purchaser and is non-transferable unless approved.
  • Pricing differences may apply between event dates; you’ll pay any difference due.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Processing fees, payment plan fees, and third-party service fees.
  • Merchandise that has shipped or custom items already in production.
  • Passes within 30 days of the event start date.

Exchanges & Transfers

You can request a name change/transfer on a pass up to 14 days before the event. Team passes require confirmation from the original purchaser. Please reach out for approval and instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank/credit account again—processing can take 5–10 business days.
  2. Contact your card issuer; it may take time before a refund posts.
  3. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, you’ll be offered a full refund or a rollover to a future date. If the event is postponed, your pass will transfer to the new date; if you are unable to attend, you may request a rollover or refund per the window above.

How to Request a Refund or Rollover

Please include your order number and purchaser email with every request.

Eligible within 14 days of purchase and not within 30 days of the event.

  • Body: Order number, purchaser name/email, and reason (optional).
Request a rollover

One-time rollover outside the final 30-day window.

Request a transfer/name change

Allowed up to 14 days before the event; team transfers require purchaser confirmation.
