Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? +
Most orders ship in 2–3 business days. Standard US delivery is typically 3–6 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive tracking via email or SMS.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes. International rates and duties are shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days depending on location and carrier speed.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
We start processing quickly. If you need a change, contact us immediately with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you can start a return once it arrives.

Products & Sizing

What materials are your apparel items made from? +
We select soft, durable blends for comfort and performance. Each product page lists fabric content and care instructions. When in doubt, machine wash cold and hang dry.
How do I choose the right size? +
Use the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? Reach out with your measurements and the item you’re considering.
Are knives, filters, and tools tested? +
Yes—our field team uses and evaluates gear for real-world reliability. Always follow manufacturer instructions and local laws when using outdoor equipment.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy? +
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Start your return at /pages/returns. A small fee may be deducted for prepaid return labels.
How do exchanges work? +
Choose “Exchange” when starting a return. We’ll reserve the replacement and ship it once your return is scanned by the carrier. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund.
Do products come with a warranty? +
Many items include a manufacturer warranty. If you suspect a defect, contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll help troubleshoot and coordinate a replacement or refund according to the policy.

What payment methods do you accept? +

Can I stack discount codes? +
